The actual work done to the car I was satisfied with but being told last minute I'd be without a car for 3-4 days was very frustrating. I've got an 11 month old baby so my family then had to change their weekend plans to make sure we had transport.

The customer service we received from Christina in particular was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond. We were provided with a courtesy car free of charge and were updated daily on the progress of the repair.

The car went in with one fault, and the garage asked BMW if the recall repair could be done at the same time, meaning only one spell off the road. This was approved, I was very pleased, I felt the garage pursued my best interests for me.

My main issue was resolved and I wad looked after. It would of been 5 star if I coyld if had my tyres changed which wherr found to be needed as I had to go to Kwikfit the day after to do it.

My husband actually brought the car and worked whilst it was serviced as it is not a local garage to us. Two days later an engine warning light came back on and we were asked to return it to the service department. Not an ideal situation. Now booked.

I asked to be informed by 2:30 if my car would be ready the same day, and i arrived to collect at 4pm and car was not ready. Then at 4:30 I was told they need to keep the car. No time to sort alternative arrangements with transport.

I can't answer this. I am sure HJ have been instructed to act as they could do in my case based on BMW Group policies (Known EGR issue). My issue is with BMW as a brand product based on my ownership of what was once seen as a quality/reliable product

Very inflexible with regard to when my vehicle would be ready to collect. Had to complain before I recieved any consideration or customer service. Very unlikely to use again, prefer to drive the extra 25 miles to Williams in Stockport.
