The service was both speedy and efficient but I the price is quite high considering for what was basically and oil and filter change. I would have expected not to be charged for topping up the windscreen washer reservoir for example.

I was informed by your phone agent that the service would take 1 hour, so I took the waiting option. On arrival, I was told it would be more likely 2 hours. Thankfully, your reception agent Amy was brilliant and got the job done in one hour.
