Only 4 stars as i had asked for the engineer to look at an issue with the drivers seat bolsters, they wouldnt stay inflated when adjustments had been made, when i aske they welcome team had to ring through and the engineer had really looked at it.

This is my regular BMW service centre and it is all that you would expect it to be. Outside is clean, organised with a good selection of stock. Inside is also immaculate. Cheerful friendly Receptionist, service advisors. Usual High standards.

Would have been a 5 but when I got into my car after the service the back seat was covered in mud and dust. I showed the customer service desk who came and offered to get it cleaned but I was late for picking my daughter up so cleaned it myself

Warington staff were ok. Although not happy with a 400 pound quote for 200 pound job. Your customer service was awful. Made worse by being brilliant over the past 3 visits.

My service time slot was 13-00 to 15-00. I checked in at 12-45 and went for a walk. Back at 14-50 and checked with assistant at 15-30 I asked when my car would be ready, 10 minutes that said. I got my car back at 16-10. No feedback during my wait.

I'd asked for all the wipers to be changed, only the front wipers were changed, not sure if there was an issue getting stock but the rear wiper had clearly been removed and put back on as it fell of the next day and the clips looked mangled.

The first issue I had was that no courtesy car had been booked (an error made by BMW during booking) so I made a journey into the garage and had to be turned away. When rebooked and went to pick up my car it was not serviced and sent back home again

The telephone booking was straightforward and the ability to get a two hour slot, meaning I wasn't travelling during the morning or evening rush hours, was a huge plus point. The car was ready on time and had been washed / cleaned as promised.

Is it a BMW thing? I'm told to get my car in for 8:45 for a service. At 3:00 I'm met with voicemail - I ring the main line they try to contact the person - they hit voicemail. I get a text at 5:30 to say it's ready. Not even washed or vacuumed.

I think more while you wait service appointments should be available. Especially to those customers with service plans. The garage has mileage from online connectivity and is aware of MOT dates. Why not proactively offer these services.

I was informed there will be an additional charge for removing excess engine oil when I took my car for an MOT. They wouldn't clear the car without it. The oil was last changed by BMW itself. Why should the customer be made to pay for a BMW mistake?

I feel the spiel they use on customers. It's okay for someone who doesn't know a wheel nut to steering wheel but for someone who's qualified just makes them sound stupid trying to treat you like you haven't got a clue.
